STATUS: DRAFT — for review before launch. Placeholders marked in [brackets].
Effective date: [set at launch] · Applies to: the live 1:1 install — Nave, installed with you ($397, one-time)
The promise, in one line
Nave runs on your machine, or we make it run. If we can't, you get your money back.
Who this covers
This guarantee applies to buyers of the $397 live install. The $89 self-serve Content OS carries a different promise — bounded install support, not a cash refund. See the section near the end.
The window
30 days from your install session (the date of your live 1:1 session, or your first scheduled session if you miss it). [30 days = suggested default — confirm.] Claims must be opened by email within this window.
What "runs" means
Nave counts as running on your machine when all three are true:
The install script (install.ps1 / install.sh) completes and its verification step passes (the test render reports "render verified"), and
Your first content piece renders end to end from your own footage, and
This happens with the tool versions current as of your install date.
Scope: this is a get-it-running guarantee. It is not a warranty that upstream vendors (Anthropic, AssemblyAI, Zernio, or others) will never change their APIs, pricing, or terms after your window closes. It is also not a guarantee of views, followers, or revenue.
What we'll do to make it run
If Nave isn't running on your machine:
Email us at enrique@aigrowthpartner.ai with a short description and, if possible, the error output.
We respond within 2 business days.
We attempt the fix with you: up to three (3) scheduled live screen-share sessions and unlimited async Loom walkthroughs within the window. [Session count = draft — confirm.]
Your part
Your machine meets the stated minimums (Windows / macOS with Homebrew / Debian-based Linux; the installer handles Node 20+, Python 3.12, ffmpeg, yt-dlp, jq).
You give us a reasonable shot at fixing it: share the error output, attend or schedule at least one screen-share or watch the Loom we send, and try the documented fix.
You hold an active Claude subscription (Nave runs inside your own Claude Code).
If your machine turns out to be unable to meet the minimums and we can't find a workaround, that still counts as "we couldn't make it run" — you get the refund.
The refund
If, after the steps above, Nave still does not run on your machine within the window:
You receive a full refund of $397 to your original payment method.
Processed within 10 business days of the refund decision.
No exit interviews, no hoops.
What this guarantee does not cover
Outcomes beyond "running": views, growth, revenue, or any business result.
Upstream vendor changes (API, pricing, terms) occurring after your window closes.
Refund requests opened after the window, except at our discretion.
Cases where the buyer declines to attempt any fix with us. (We have to be allowed to try — that's the "we make it run" half of the promise.)
The $89 self-serve Content OS — a different promise
The self-serve Content OS is a forkable repository. Once cloned, it cannot be returned, so cash refunds are not offered on it. Instead it carries bounded install support: async Loom replies — up to three (3) within 30 days of purchase — to get the installer verified and your first render out. [Reply count and window = draft — confirm.] Full details in the Terms & Refund Policy.
How to claim
Email enrique@aigrowthpartner.ai with the subject "Get-Running Guarantee" inside your 30-day window. That's it — no other steps.
