Terms & Refund Policy
STATUS: DRAFT — minimal honest draft, review before launch. Plain language, no boilerplate walls.
1. Who we are
INFINITX [legal entity name + jurisdiction — add]. Contact: enrique@aigrowthpartner.ai. The product is Nave, sold at nave.infinitxai.com.
2. What you're buying
- Nave, installed with you ($397, one-time): a live 1:1 install hour + the Nave Content OS + the stack items listed on the sales page (brand setup + first-month run kicked off together, founding community + weekly call, Loom support, lifetime priority engine updates).
- The Content OS, self-serve ($89, one-time): the Nave repository + self-verifying install scripts + docs + 12 months of engine updates, self-serve. [Update tiering pending sign-off.]
- Founding community: included through the founding window; optional after at the $89/mo founding rate, locked for life for founding members. The rate for members who join later goes up — [later-member rate: set and sign off before launch; do not print an uncommitted number]. Cancel anytime; no partial-month refunds. [Confirm billing platform.]
3. License
The Content OS is licensed for your own brands and your clients' content work. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the repository itself as a product. [Exact license text — single-user vs team seat is the operator's call; have counsel review.]
4. Payment
Processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
5. Refunds
- $397 install: covered by the written Get-Running Guarantee — 30-day window, we attempt the fix with you, full refund if we can't make Nave run on your machine.
- $89 self-serve: no cash refunds — and here's why: the Content OS is a forkable repo. Once cloned, it can't be returned. It carries bounded install support instead: async Loom replies — up to 3 within 30 days of purchase — to get your installer verified and your first render out. [Counts = draft — confirm.]
- Community subscription: cancel anytime, effective end of billing period, no partial-month refunds.
6. Your responsibilities
You bring your own Claude subscription (Nave runs inside your own Claude Code; no Anthropic API key is part of the product) and your own tool keys (AssemblyAI, Zernio; optional OpenAI/xAI). You pay those vendors directly. You're responsible for the content you publish.
7. Third-party services
Anthropic (Claude), AssemblyAI, Zernio, OpenAI, xAI, and your social platforms are independent vendors with their own terms, pricing, and availability. We don't control them and don't warrant against their changes. Your Claude subscription is itself metered (usage caps, shared pool).
8. Disclaimers
Results shown on the sales page are the founder's and his clients' — not typical, not promised. Outside the written guarantee, the software is provided as-is.
9. Liability cap
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us. [Standard clause — counsel review.]
10. Changes
We can update these terms; material changes get dated at the top. Purchases are governed by the version live at purchase time.
11. Governing law
[Jurisdiction — add before launch.]
