Terms & Refund Policy

1. Who we are

INFINITX [legal entity name + jurisdiction — add]. Contact: enrique@aigrowthpartner.ai. The product is Nave, sold at nave.infinitxai.com.

2. What you're buying

Agentic AI Content — membership ($58/month, founding): the Nave Content OS (installed on your machine, yours to keep), 10+ hours of training, live calls 2x a week, unlimited same-day support, and the weekly Vault of new agents and skills. The founding rate is locked for life for founding members; the rate for members who join later goes up. Billed monthly via Skool. Cancel anytime; no partial-month refunds.
Custom Content OS build, done for you ($2,500–$7,500, one-time): the system tailor-built for your business — formats, brand, machines, team training, first month produced together. Fixed price quoted on the scoping call, before you pay a dollar.

3. License

The Content OS is licensed for your own brands and your clients' content work. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the repository itself as a product. [Exact license text — single-user vs team seat is the operator's call; have counsel review.]

4. Payment

The membership is billed through Skool; custom builds are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

5. Refunds

Membership: no refunds — you get full access to the system, the training and the Vault from day one, so payments aren't returnable. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period; no partial-month refunds.
Done-for-you build: scoped and quoted before payment; refund terms for the build are set in the scoping agreement. [Standard build terms — set and sign off before first sale.]

6. Your responsibilities

You bring your own Claude subscription (Nave runs inside your own Claude Code; no Anthropic API key is part of the product) and your own tool keys (AssemblyAI, Zernio; optional Kie.ai). You pay those vendors directly. You're responsible for the content you publish.

7. Third-party services

Anthropic (Claude), AssemblyAI, Zernio, Kie.ai, Skool, and your social platforms are independent vendors with their own terms, pricing, and availability. We don't control them and don't warrant against their changes. Your Claude subscription is itself metered (usage caps, shared pool).

8. Disclaimers

Results shown on the sales pages are the founder's own — not typical, not promised. The software is provided as-is.

9. Liability cap

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us. [Standard clause — counsel review.]

10. Changes

We can update these terms; material changes get dated at the top. Purchases are governed by the version live at purchase time.
