Privacy Policy

STATUS: DRAFT — minimal draft, review before launch. Nave runs on YOUR machine; we see almost nothing.

1. What we collect

Email address — if you request the free playbook or join the self-serve waitlist. Stored with our email provider (Beehiiv) and our own database.
Phone number — collected with the playbook opt-in and on the install/custom-build forms. Booking and request answers — if you book the live install or request a custom build (name, email, phone, business, what you make). Bookings run through Google Appointment Schedule; form answers are stored in our own database.
Payment confirmation — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
Basic hosting logs — the site is static, hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub's own infrastructure logging applies.

2. What we never collect

Nave is software that runs locally on your machine, inside your own Claude Code. Your footage, your content, your brand profile, and your API keys never pass through our servers. We have no telemetry in the Content OS. [Confirm this stays true with each release; update this section if that ever changes.]

3. How we use what we have

To deliver what you signed up for: the playbook and its email series, install-session logistics, support, and receipts. No selling or renting of personal data. No data brokers.

4. Tracking

No ad pixels. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used — anonymized heatmaps and session recordings (where visitors click, scroll, and pause) so we can improve the page. Clarity does not capture what you type into forms beyond what you submit to us, and we do not use it to identify you personally. See Microsoft's privacy statement. [If a Meta/ad pixel is ever added for paid amplification, this section must be updated FIRST and a consent banner considered.]

5. Third parties we use

Beehiiv (email), Stripe (payments), Google Appointment Schedule (booking), GitHub Pages (hosting), Loom (support videos you request). Each has its own privacy policy.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your email until you unsubscribe and support records as long as useful for serving you. Email enrique@aigrowthpartner.ai and we'll delete your data.

7. Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data on request (GDPR/CCPA-style basics apply where required). One email does it: enrique@aigrowthpartner.ai.
